My glasses arrived with one arm a little loose and after a few months the arm came off I contacted Polette and sent photos etc and they are refusing to repair or replace them so disappointing.
I absolutely love my new glasses, the quality and style are amazing! I recently had a small issue with one of the lenses, and their tech support helped me so quickly and professionally that I was honestly impressed. Such an incredible team and customer service experience.
I visited today to get my glasses and was met with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the glasses offered great quality at an affordable price. I left feeling very satisfied, and the representative who assisted me was truly one of the best. 😊

They claim to be scratch resistant, yet each pair has developed damaged lenses in a relatively short period. The company does not adhere to EU standard guarantees and instead claims this is due to normal wear and tear. I bought another pair from a well-known lens manufacturer at the beginning of the year, and those are still in perfect condition. All spectacles were used in the same way. So, it comes down to price and quality; while the company may have competitive prices, the quality is clearly lacking, and their refusal to honor guarantee claims has made me a dissatisfied and former customer.

I visited the local store. The styles available are appealing, with some good quality options and others less so. The salesperson was helpful but seemed more focused on assisting a younger customer than me. I was clear about my prescription, which I had on hand, and specified the notes needed for accurate lens production. I later discovered that they are manufactured abroad, and unfortunately, the prescription is incorrect. Customer service has been poor; they keep sending me links to fill out forms, but they never work. The last link led to a non-existent page.
I've been ordering my glasses from the company for as long as I can remember. It has always been a great experience: I was going through a tough time and visited their showroom. Many staff members were there to assist me in finding the right eyewear model. Since then, I've consistently ordered my glasses from them, enjoying excellent service; the chat support is helpful for any issues, questions, or advice. The quality is impressive; my glasses have endured many challenges and remain intact. I recommend giving them a try!
The variety of frame and lens options is impressive. I'm very satisfied with my prescription sunglasses! The customer service is quite responsive. I selected my frames at a local shop and received the glasses by delivery three weeks later. I will definitely order another pair, as they offer many beautiful frames at an affordable price.
