I visited the local store. The styles available are appealing, with some good quality options and others less so. The salesperson was helpful but seemed more focused on assisting a younger customer than me. I was clear about my prescription, which I had on hand, and specified the notes needed for accurate lens production. I later discovered that they are manufactured abroad, and unfortunately, the prescription is incorrect. Customer service has been poor; they keep sending me links to fill out forms, but they never work. The last link led to a non-existent page.
