When I approached the till, I was informed that lunch orders couldn't be placed until midday. The ordering and payment process was cumbersome. If the QR app is to be used, the Wi-Fi needs improvement. The food quality was good, but the wait-to-be-seated policy felt unnecessary. Overall, my experience justifies the three stars I gave.
