I visited the garden centre for lunch and encountered issues with the QR code on my mobile, which didn't work. When I approached the till, I was informed that lunch orders couldn't be placed until midday. The ordering and payment process was cumbersome. If the QR app is to be used, the Wi-Fi needs improvement. The food quality was good, but the wait-to-be-seated policy felt unnecessary. Overall, my experience justifies the three stars I gave.
I often stop by the garden centre, and it’s consistently a wonderful experience. I enjoy browsing my shopping list at my own pace. The product selection is impressive, and I always make sure to grab fresh produce. Following a gluten-free diet, I'm always on the lookout for suitable items. The parking is convenient, and I enjoy a coffee break at the cozy café. For gifts, the variety sparks great ideas. I appreciate the complimentary bird food and the chance for a free coffee monthly. The centre truly lives up to its fantastic reputation.
Today, we enjoyed the children’s toy trail, which was fantastic! Great value, and the staff were kind and patient during the activities. We love visiting the centre as a family throughout the year—seeing the fish, enjoying drinks at the café, finding plants for our garden, and exploring the extensive toy range!
I received a parcel containing three Christmas village items and was thrilled with the delivery! Within days, I ordered, paid, and received my items, which were packed excellently and priced well. A huge thank you to the amazing team that assisted me throughout the process. I will definitely be purchasing again!
This garden centre is the best; it feels like a second home! I visit at least once or twice a week and never tire of it, as there’s always so much to explore. My children and grandchildren love it too. There's a free coffee monthly, a lovely playground, and toys for the children. I often enjoy a quiet lunch alone, and the staff are friendly and relaxed. We all adore it here; please never change!
The centre is large and offers a wide variety of items, from plants to furniture and a great restaurant. What truly makes this a five-star experience is the staff. Every member, regardless of their position, is friendly and helpful. They seem to work well together. We had a family outing just for the restaurant, and the service was exceptional (with generous portion sizes). Highly recommended.
We visited the Fish Centre without any experience, and a knowledgeable young man who had a similar tank made the visit worthwhile. He was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my fish supplies. Many thanks for the assistance; the kids were thrilled with their new pets.
