The officers appear uninformed about the law and fail to recognize the impact of emotional abuse. Despite presenting clear evidence, they dismissed it with a mere glance at some messages. The police didn't even take the time to question witnesses properly. An officer's condescending attitude towards my elderly mother was disheartening, as they labeled the situation a 'family dispute.' It seems that familial ties allow for unchecked behavior. My past experiences with them have been equally disappointing, and their lack of professionalism is evident. I doubt they would handle any crime effectively.
