I have purchased medical insurance from policy bazaar last week. Some updates needs to be done. I made my payment. They were very quick in responding before sales. Now no one is responding through WhatsApp customer care line, I have sent email to them, no response, called couple of times to their customer care number, apart from automated response, no one picks up and call in getting disconnected. I don't know the status of my policy. I am feeling like scammed now.
