The service has been pretty prompt and I didn't have to spend alot of effort to get it done.
Just a general comment, since last month I have been receiving calls from policy bazar agents and they don't even care about the timing as a person could be busy in personal or professional stuff and even after cutting the call we keep receiving these calls.
Other than the above issue Policy bazar is great platform.
I purchased a Hayah Investment Plan from Policybazaar.ae in November 2025, was guided well by the team. They helped understand the charges along with the expected returns. The plan is for my retirement and I believe Policybazaar.ae helped me make a good investment
I wouldn’t have given this one star also if there was no option. They issued a policy despite my cancellation request. The entire scenario was to call client in the pretext of switching the existing policy for better returns as if they are showing a concern and shove with another investment scam where their main interest is to sell insurance. After paying first premium they goofed up by raising my insurance coverage from 1x to 10x, so I realized it was not good so before proceeding I had written to everyone to cancel and refund but this evening I get email it’s issued. I am certainly complaining this to higher authorities but Policy bazaar showed its true colors. Total discourteous ands messed up mentality in their organization.

Very Poor Experience with PolicyBazaar – Misleading Promises and Claim Hassles
I recently purchased a health insurance policy through PolicyBazaar agents Rashmi and Amit. Both assured me that my claims would be processed smoothly—promising assistance "within half an hour" and that "everything would be cleared immediately
Unfortunately, none of these promises were kept. I have been trying to get my basic medicine claim like eye drops etc. approved for 2 days, but it is still pending with no clear resolution. What’s worse, the coordination between PolicyBazaar and the insurance company is extremely poor—customers are treated like a football, passed back and forth, with each side blaming the other for delays and denials.
My sincere advice to anyone considering buying a policy through PolicyBazaar:
Please verify every promise in writing.
Be prepared for unresponsive support after the sale.
Do not rely on verbal assurances—confirm coverage and process directly with the insurer.
I feel cheated and frustrated. This experience has shown me that selling policies seems more important to them than honoring commitments or supporting customers in times of need.
Proceed with caution and spend your money carefully.

You claim that roadside assistance was 'not mentioned' in the quotation, therefore it is 'not covered.' This reasoning is flawed for several reasons: Lack of clarity does not equal disclosure. A quotation should clearly outline what is included and excluded. The absence of roadside assistance does not signify clear communication regarding its exclusion. Additionally, roadside assistance is a standard feature in many vehicle insurance policies. If it is NOT included, it should be explicitly stated as an exclusion. As an insurance provider, you must ensure customers fully understand their purchases. Omitting information does not fulfill this responsibility. I request a copy of the policy terms showing where roadside assistance exclusions for commercial vehicles are clearly stated, as well as an explanation for why this significant exclusion was not disclosed during the sales process.
