They will bever call you help if u need any help. When u need to but something they will call u 100 times even on sunday

They booked my policy and said within 90 post delivery we can get the reimbursement of baby vaccinations when i sent docs to insurer they took 2 months to explain my claim us not eligible everything deducted said these vaccines are not listed Policy bazaar never told me there will be list of medicines
To be honest these people are not professionals and having good knowledge they are just silly robots

I have taken Term insurance from Policy Bazar with additional rider of Critical illness and Waiver of premium in 2019. On 23rd Jan 2026 I got positive report of lukemia a type of cancer. I immediately inform policy bazar and team has started process before I admitted to hospital for my treatment. Happily I got money for my treatment in 20 days hassle free. Now with waiver of premium my entire Policy terms has been secured without paying any premium.
Kashish Guptha really helped me to add a member of new born in our existing policy. And cleared my doubts about having cancer cover in the policy very patiently and humble.
My experience with the service was excellent. The representative spent nearly three hours thoroughly explaining the policy details and was very cooperative throughout. One downside was receiving multiple calls regarding the same issues even after they were resolved.
