I don't even know where to start. It took three weeks for my order to be processed before it finally left the warehouse. Ironically, once it shipped, it reached Dubai in just three days, thanks to the excellent service of the shipping company — the only silver lining in this entire ordeal. Upon opening the package, I was genuinely taken aback by the subpar quality of the items. Online, the clothing appears premium, well-made, and beautifully presented. However, in reality, the quality is more akin to fast fashion, yet at a significantly inflated price. To make matters worse: One pair of trousers arrived stained. One shirt came with the label hanging off. The overall finishing and fabric quality were extremely disappointing. I promptly tried to initiate a full return, only to find out that trousers and shirts are non-returnable according to their policy. Oddly enough, when attempting to review this policy, the returns page led to a 404 error. Quite convenient, isn't it? To clarify: none of the items were tried on; the decision to return was made solely based on the inspection of the quality upon opening the package. Customer service is marketed as “Speedy – Your needs are our priority,” yet: There is no contact number available. Only an online chat option exists, which receives no replies whatsoever. Additionally, I was slapped with over £130 in customs charges for importing clothing that isn't worth a fraction of the total amount I spent. Now, I will attempt to secure a full refund to my card. If that fails, I will pursue a formal payment dispute and chargeback through my credit card provider. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. In light of the quality, transparency, and customer support, I would strongly recommend others to reconsider before placing an order.
I made an error with my order, and the company could have easily overlooked it. However, the support team quickly assisted in correcting my mistake. I've been a customer since 2019, and the clothing quality and style have always been outstanding. I'm always a satisfied customer.
I would give this company zero stars if possible. Their customer service is nonexistent, refunds take forever, and they don’t respond to emails. I had to dispute a charge with my credit card before they replied. They take weeks to ship items and provide no communication. Please avoid this company; there are much better clothing brands that value their customers!
