I rang to pay in full and add an item to my policy over £2000 first I was told I'd get a ring back as the person I spoke to couldn't take a payment. No ring back. Rang next day - put on hold for over 15 mins waiting for someone to take my payment (all before the policy started) now the policy has auto renewed (which I didn't ask for) and using premium credit which I do not want!
