They can take payment a year in advance, no problems at all.
But then when you can’t access your documents or account. They are no where to be seen.
Even after emailing them explaining the issues , they are silent.
So what good is a policy you can’t access. ????
Time for me to cancel and go with a company that
A: Allows you into your account and view documents, help numbers etc.
B: Has a customer service that cares.
