My grandsons car was hit while stationary on Monday 24/02/26 we reported the accident the same day and was told the car would be recovered on the 24/02/26 . We had a phone call on the 24/02/26 off Policy experts at 9.30 am to speak to my grandson but he wasn't at home because he was in work we give Policy experts his phone number but they said they couldn't contact him so when he came home at 2 pm he phoned Policy experts and they told him they where extremely busy and would phone him back at 4 pm which they didn't we tried to phone them back another twice after that between 4 and 6 pm but was told once again that they were extremely busy and sorry for not getting back to us so we thought we would try to phone again about 6.30 and we eventually spoke to an advisor named Naria who apologised for the poor service and went through the claim with myself and my grandson and she was very helpful with the claim she told us we should have a call from the Recovery agents called Arl on Wednesday morning about the recovery of my grandsons car but as of upto now we haven't received any phone calls or any confirmation from Policy Experts or the recovery company Arl we have also asked about a courtesy car as he his insured fully comprehensive and we received no reply from them I think this company is absolutely useless my grandsons is still awaiting for the recovery of his car as I am writing this review why is my grandson paying this company for car insurance when they are not doing nothing for him if they are extremely busy and they can't cope with the daily work load why don't they hire more people to deal with customers claims rather than leave feeble excuses that they are extremely busy.
