Very competitive price, I like the website and the process was easy until I tried to verify and get onto my profile to see documents etc.i tried to call - waited a long time and had no joy so I switched to chat bot online. It said it would transfer me to a staff member, again … after 20 mins wait I had worked it out for myself so gave up.. It wasn’t as straightforward as others I’ve experienced over the years But I worked it out, so all was well in the end. Therefore the price and process up to final stage was great. Could be more responsive to those who need help .
