Having made a claim you sent out an inspector in good time which was great. Once the inspection report was in YOU stated we would be informed of the outcome within 5 working days. We finally got information from you after 10 working days and this only appeared to happen after emails from us to ask what you were doing. Not what you said you’d at all!!
