In 2020 I initiated two life insurance policies through Policygenius. We have since moved outside of the US and I'm finding it impossible to cancel the policies and I am not getting support from either Policygenius nor the underwriter. Trying to call them from outside the US is not working. I am frustrated and cannot stop the payments.Struggles Update: 15 Oct: Messages left on dashboard.
