Total scam.. ordered a Nail grinder and they charged for postage after payment was agreed. The grinder arrived and it was not the one shown in the ad on Facebook. It was a tacky piece of plastic that stopped working after one attempt. I contacted them and they said they would offer a refund if I paid for postage( would have been around £13) . They offered a 30% refund and I wouldn’t have to send it back. I sent an email saying that 30% would be ok and I wasn’t sending it back. Been unable to contact them since and had to do a search to find them on Trustpilot. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I should be covered but I’m still contacting my bank to make sure that nothing has been attempted by them. Found out that they have taken two payments!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Just saw the same product under a different company name.. Cadryla. Same rubbish product under a different company. Beware…they may have changed their name as all my emails are bouncing back “ access denied”.
