We went into Polka Dot in Crewe today and was immediately greeted by Olivia who was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. We wanted in depth details about a holiday before we booked it and Olivia was more than happy to get this for us, she even googled how far the hotels are from the airport so we had an idea on taxi fares. Even more exciting was that I was made a cup of tea while we booked! Honestly, if you are looking to book a holiday, go in and see Olivia. I always thought it was cheaper to book online but I've been proved wrong, this holiday was cheaper than I could find it online plus Polka dot Crewe assure that, if you can find the deal cheaper anywhere else they will match it, so why bother searching online when they will do everything for you for the same price?
