What fantastic service from the whole team. We have just returned from an amazing trip to the West Coast of America. My husband and I stayed in Vegas, San Francisco and LA. We had an issue with the car hire, my fault. This was rectified straight away via the team back in England. The whole trip was perfect. Easy to book and make payments. Thanks

We have just got back from our honeymoon and we had our last leg of our tour round America cancelled due to the blizzards in New York. We couldn’t recommend this team at Polkadot Travel Cannock enough, they were in contact with us immediately and gave us our options within a couple hours. Our new flights were sorted within such a short space of time and have continued to chase our refund for us in the background. The team at Cannock are a credit to your company. After this short drama it only proves it is more than worth it to book your holidays through a travel agent as not only did we lose 4 days of our holiday we would’ve had to have spent the last day arranging flights ourselves and being out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to reimburse us. We will definitely be recommending Polkadot Travel Cannock for our family members and friends. I wanted to leave a review for the Polka Dot Travel Leek Branch as once again, in partnership with Gold Medal they helped us plan and book another ‘holiday of a lifetime’!! We have just arrived back from 2.5wks in Singapore and Thailand, we travelled to Krabi, Koh Phi Phi and Bangkok from Singapore and everything from the hotels, to the transfers was perfect. We felt safe, well organised and informed about every aspect of our trip.
