We have just got back from our honeymoon and we had our last leg of our tour round America cancelled due to the blizzards in New York. Our new flights were sorted within such a short space of time and have continued to chase our refund for us in the background. The team at Cannock are a credit to your company. After this short drama it only proves it is more than worth it to book your holidays through a travel agent as not only did we lose 4 days of our holiday we would’ve had to have spent the last day arranging flights ourselves and being out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to reimburse us.
