Great Introduction to Precious Metals Investing

As someone who is relatively new to investing, I had heard about gold and silver but had no clue how to get started. Upon discovering the company, I found them to be extremely patient, guiding me through the entire process, including details on fees and services. They allowed me the time to discuss the investment with my family while remaining readily available for any questions I had. Buyer Beware! They told me they charge 1% above cost…

They told me they charge 1% above cost and then charged me 168% above spot price. Even with silver up 70%, I am still upside down because they took all the profit on the front end. They do not provide account statements, emails or a website where you can look at transactions on your account. I have been trying to liquidate my account for almost a year and have agreed to get out for just my initial investment and I am still waiting!

They both have excellent customer service skillsAnswer all my questions that I had and made it very easy transition from my Ira and my cash purchase. Into storing my metals. Lots of tax breaks expecially on Ira and cash purposes. Couldnt be happier.

Easy enough of a process

Easy enough of a process. Spoke with a few gold retailers before ultimately going with these guys. Waited a year before saying this to see if they hold true to their word, their customer service reps connect me directly to the salesman that originally helped me everytime no questions asked even if it wasn’t necessary.

Bishop has exceeded expectations

Bishop has definitely stood the test of time. My wife and I made our first ever purchase of gold and silver in 2019. They took such good care of us. Client services has kept in touch with us the entire time. They're always available to us when we call. last month we sold back less than 30 percent of our original purchase and we paid off the house! Happy wife happy life!
