12 days since I've ordered and still no dispatched order and no response to messages. Products where all marked as "in stock".. A lot of choice in products but I would recommend other European sites.Update: Parcel shipped the day following upper comment. Will update once received.

Bought a very expensive professional press via a 3rd party. It turned up bent and is very difficult to use. I sent pictures of the issue and Polsinelli replied saying that it was my fault for setting it up properly. This is hilarious as I noticed it was bent before I used it (but had no choice but to use it as I was relying on it for harvest) and its very difficult to set something up incorrectly when it has two parts that fit together and grooves to make sure its in the correct position. I've also used almost identical presses around 50 times before and never had an issue so I dare say I know how to set them up. It was just a way for them to take no responsibility and not have to replace of fix the item.
Ordered a manual press from Polsinelli which was literally unusable - not even sufficient to press juice out of tomatoes.Therefore I had to return the item and ask for a refund. Till today no refund received nor does the company react on emails.
