Contacted Polybound in May 2023.Delt with a lovely guy called Brayden who left the company shortly after our initial contact. Unfortunately the product we were sold hardened on application so it wasn’t fit for domestic use. Brayden spoke to their tech team and they apologised and offered an alternative product. This product arrived and upon use created a dirty foam finish to the area of resin we trialled it on. No worries Brayden said I’ll get Chris to contact you. I know another company or person has experienced the same issue and he’s going out to visit them next week. He’ll call you when he’s done the visit. We are now 4 weeks on and no contact. So we call Chris. No reply just a constant stream of yeah I’ll get him to contact you when he’s in the office. 2 weeks later more calls. Then the elusive Chris calls, apologises and asks us to email him all the info with the photos which we’ve already sent to Brayden before he left. We emailed Chris 3/7/23 with all the info. Guess what no response so on or around 16 July contacted Polybound again. Spoke to Antonia on 17th July who says she would take over our query and if we could resend the email information directly to her mobile number she would deal with us and In two days would get back to us with a solution on 20th JulyAt this time she asked us to remove our negative review and she would ensure that we were dealt with efficiently Guess what !! No call, no correspondence until we ring again 25th July. Antonia rang back and said she’d spoken to Chris who apparently had spoken to our resin provider and explained the issue. We replied our resin has been down over 20 yrs and we don’t have a provider so I think you’re mixing your clients up!!Antonia said she would be in touch again. Guess what !!! We rang 3/8/23 left a message for Antonia to call us back and guess what !! It’s the 7/8/23 and still no call. This has been going on for 3mths. Our resin balcony looks a mess with the two products and no one seems to want to help to put it right. I will not be removing this review I want others to avoid the headache of using this company and I’m wholly disappointed with the lack of customer care and support. I had high hopes having dealt with Brayden initially. No one in the company we have dealt with has any interest in customer care or reads the information provided. If so it would have been a quick fix
