Unbelievably awful customer service, who will not take any responsibility what so ever.Misleading information from staff and total utter refusal to acknowledge that they are totally different colours.Already in touch with smalls claims court and Financial Ombudsman. Plenty of legitimate companies online without having to deal with theses rip off merchants.AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!
