Normally my transfers with Pomelo is very fast and no problem at all. This time my transfer is sitting in limbo “pending” and their customer service agent said there’s nothing to worry about, it will go through, but there’s something that needs to be fixed. He didn’t know for sure what or when the problem would be solved. Apparently all transfers today are in the same situation, not just mine. I guess this is bad timing to give a review.
