My phone number no longer allows me to access my Pomelo and therefore my GCash account. It just says, 'apps there seems to be a problem' and it just gives me an option to sign in again only to do the same thing. I called customer support and I've just been on hold for over an hour each time. I know they recently got bought out by a different company and they 'froze' all the charge cards with promise of credit card with higher limits. The company has no right to not allow me into my account so that I cam cancel my card and close my account. Imjust glad I had a zero balance.
