I wanted to give this nail salon another shot despite a previous disappointment. I visited to fix a broken nail with acrylic, clearly stating that I didn’t want any color since I had a matching polish at home. The technician insisted on finding a color, even after I repeated my request, and ended up painting it with a light pink that didn’t match my other nails, charging me £5 for it. The wait was long, and for just one nail, the price felt excessive. I won’t be returning, as I had to remove that color and repaint it at home. Please listen to your clients! Thank you.
