I should’ve checked the reviews earlier… I went in for a simple set expecting a neat finish, but it felt rushed from the start. The shaping was uneven, and a couple of nails appeared bulky at the edges. The environment was fine, but the appointment wasn’t relaxing, and I had to point out details that should’ve been noticed initially. They did attempt to fix one nail when I mentioned it, but overall, the result was disappointing, especially for the price. I left feeling let down and doubt I’d return.
The nail technician who worked on my nails was not very friendly and spent most of the time chatting in her own language with another technician. The polish job was subpar, and when she carelessly placed my flip-flops down for the other technician, it felt rude, and unfortunately, they left marks on my fresh polish, ruining it. I ended up with a nail infection and won’t be going back.
I wanted to give this nail salon another shot despite a previous disappointment. I visited to fix a broken nail with acrylic, clearly stating that I didn’t want any color since I had a matching polish at home. The technician insisted on finding a color, even after I repeated my request, and ended up painting it with a light pink that didn’t match my other nails, charging me £5 for it. The wait was long, and for just one nail, the price felt excessive. I won’t be returning, as I had to remove that color and repaint it at home. Please listen to your clients! Thank you.
I've been visiting this salon for 8 years for a flawless traditional polish French Manicure that lasts over 2 weeks without chipping. Even after moving out of the city 4 years ago, I still come back, as I haven’t found anywhere local that compares, and surprisingly, the prices here are lower too.
This is the third time I've used their services, and I must say I'm very pleased. The technician did a fantastic job on my nails—she was friendly and professional. The best part is that they last a month, even with frequent dishwashing. I highly recommend!
