I ordered shoes fom this company several months ago. I returned them within the correct return-time. I have proof from DHL that POMPEII received the package in Madrid. Until now I haven't received my refund. They don't answer my emails and Whatsapp Customer Chats and their number for customer service on the Website does not work. Now I dont have the shoes and no refund money. What can I do?
