I purchased a pair of shoes from you back in November which I really loved and only warn a handful of times, where on one of the shoes the the heal came off. I emailed them 6 times with photos to the email address they advised to contact with issues and got nothing. Then I used the whatsapp number shared the same messages with the broken footwear and nothing. The issue is that I like the shoes and have requested an exchange or even a voucher. Now I would want a full refund due to the awful service.
