I ordered a shirt that arrived damaged. The print had permanent creases and marks. When I contacted customer support, they suggested I should "fix" the print using an iron, which seemed highly questionable to me. At that point, I thought the damage might have occurred during shipping since the shirt was sent in a thin plastic bag with almost no protection.The shirt didn’t fit anyway, so I decided to reorder it in a larger size. To my surprise, the new shirt arrived with exactly the same damage in the same spots. This clearly shows the company is aware of the issue but chooses to ship defective items without warning customers.I returned both shirts, and according to tracking, they were delivered back to the company on December 2, 2024. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received a refund. Additionally, I’ve sent multiple messages to customer support, but they haven’t responded at all.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of quality control and poor customer service are unacceptable.
