The purse is very nice and the customer service was professional and polite. My disappointment is in the fact that after I ordered and paid, I was notified that one of the chains I ordered was out of stock ( Gold Chain Violet Fig Weave) so I had to pick a fabric strap, which I'll never use. I would have preferred to wait for the chain I actually wanted. It was what got my attention to this purse to begin with. Not the end of the world, I do recommend this purse , the actual leather strap is very nice, and this company is excellent in support. More like suggesting OPTIONS for out of stock issues.
