I love the Pom Pom products. They are great quality for an affordable price. But I have two big frustrations:
1. Their customer service is either slow in getting back to you or completely unavailable by phone. I recently lost out on an item that went out of stock while waiting for a reply.
2. They continue to use OnTrac as a shipper. OnTrac is very unreliable as contrasted with USPS and FedEx.
I’m a big fan of PomPom bags. My latest purchase was a 60th birthday gift for a dear friend.
The quality of workmanship and premium leather makes a PomPom bag worth every penny, and they’re great value too.
Every time I’ve bought, my order is delivered well packaged and in a protective dust bag and it arrives within a day or two of ordering.
Can’t wait to see new styles and colours as they’re released! Happily recommend!
The rounded bottom corners of all 3 of my pompom bags (quilted city, large bucket and large tote) have started to peel. Looking into professional repair/reinforcement. I’ve not used any bag heavily or even placed them on the floor. The large tote was only purchased two months ago. Love the style of these bags but for the price tag I’m no longer convinced of the quality.
I absolutely love the handbags i have purchased from Pom pom. I have several now in different colours different styles for different occasions. I have also purchased for my mum for christmas and birthdays. And she has just brought one of the new 3 out. Also love the fact you can mix and match the straps.
The service/communication from placing the order to receiving item was great. On placing my order I realised I had made an error and ordered 2 straps of each not one, I immediately sent an email with my po number advising of my error and asking if this could be amended before the order was processed - unfortunately that didn't happen and I've not received a response to that email either. I phoned and left a voice message with my po and phone number, and am yet to receive a reply.
I love the bag and the interchangeable extra straps but the lack of customer service to my email and phone call has put me off ordering anything else at the moment.
I may just return the extra straps with all the order details and ask for a refund of these to my card.
I will try calling again but if no reply I will send items back tracked.

This was a replacement for a bag I ordered and subsequently decided it wasn't for me. The return process was easy and refund to an e-card simple. I would definitely order again.
The quality of the products is outstanding, with colors that are vivid and true. During their sale, I managed to get multiple shoulder straps. I've bought several bags—some for myself and a few as gifts, which were very well received. The delivery was impressively quick, and the care taken in packaging the bags reflects why this company is trusted: they prioritize quality. I had been interested in these bags for some time. While in London, I noticed many people carrying them, which inspired me to buy a few. I ordered two for myself and one for each of my daughters. We all adore them; the quality is excellent, and the style versatility with additional straps is wonderful. There was a minor issue with the delivery, but the support team was very helpful in resolving it.
