The service/communication from placing the order to receiving item was great. On placing my order I realised I had made an error and ordered 2 straps of each not one, I immediately sent an email with my po number advising of my error and asking if this could be amended before the order was processed - unfortunately that didn't happen and I've not received a response to that email either. I phoned and left a voice message with my po and phone number, and am yet to receive a reply.
I love the bag and the interchangeable extra straps but the lack of customer service to my email and phone call has put me off ordering anything else at the moment.
I may just return the extra straps with all the order details and ask for a refund of these to my card.
I will try calling again but if no reply I will send items back tracked.
