I love the Pom Pom products. They are great quality for an affordable price. But I have two big frustrations:
1. Their customer service is either slow in getting back to you or completely unavailable by phone. I recently lost out on an item that went out of stock while waiting for a reply.
2. They continue to use OnTrac as a shipper. OnTrac is very unreliable as contrasted with USPS and FedEx.
