I was so excited for my first Pom Pom London purse - I couldn’t wait for it to come in the mail. Once I received it - I started using it immediately but the leather started to wear within a month of having and using the purse (just taking it to work and back). I stopped using it afraid I might ruin it. I’ve reached out to the company 3 separate times directly through their website with photos and explanation of the condition of the bag and never received a response of any kind. Very disappointed in the customer service and product considering how expensive the bags are. It’s been almost 9 months and I still have not heard back. I wanted to buy more bags and recommend my friends but I will not be purchasing again.
