The order was due on December 23rd, 2025, but it never arrived! It has been impossible to make genuine contact with the company, and their responses via phone or email have been very limited. Unfortunately, they seem uninterested in providing good customer service. I will continue my efforts for a full refund, and if necessary, I will involve my credit card company. This situation should not be this complicated; it’s a simple issue that deserves a straightforward solution.
