Very disappointing service

The service has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for various cheeses for a customer scheduled for delivery on December 19th. Now it's the 31st, and I still haven't received anything. The only update I've received is that it's out for delivery, despite the tracking information suggesting otherwise.

Service was extremely disappointing

The service was extremely disappointing. I ordered several cheeses for a customer for Christmas, scheduled for delivery on December 19th, and now it's the 31st with no delivery. The only response I received was that it was out for delivery, despite the tracking indicating otherwise.

Discontent with last-minute changes

I was not pleased with an unexpected substitution of my order at the last minute. It arrived on Christmas Eve, and I was frustrated by the lack of communication from customer service. However, after Christmas, I emailed the company and received an immediate response and a full refund. I appreciate their after-sales service.

Caution advised for orders

On Christmas Eve, my cheese order placed at the beginning of December has yet to arrive. I emailed but received no response and called only to be told they would look into it. There was no follow-up. If you're counting on your delivery, based on my experience, hope is about as far as it goes. A missing delivery is one thing, but poor customer service is a major red flag for retailers. From my experience, this raised a significant concern. I hope the refund process goes more smoothly.

Outstanding cheese and service (Christmas saved)

I ordered a Christmas box to arrive a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address, and I lost my cheese. The company was excellent and promptly sent out a replacement order, no questions asked. I have had a monthly subscription for six months now and can confidently say the cheese is excellent and the company is commendable.

Order for Christmas not delivered

I ordered cheeses for Christmas to be delivered on December 23rd. The order did not arrive as scheduled. I contacted the company on the evening of the 23rd and repeatedly emailed and called on the 24th, but no one responded until the afternoon with an unsatisfactory answer—they did not know where my order was. With 24 guests expected for Christmas lunch, I'm now without cheese. I understand that issues can arise with deliveries, but the lack of response from the company made the situation worse.

I requested delivery on the 22nd but was informed it had been sent early. I contacted the company to reschedule for the 22nd, but it still didn’t arrive. Now it's the 24th and there's still no delivery. A Christmas gift ordered at the beginning of December has been messed up twice. This is unacceptable!

Order not received as promised

The order was due on December 23rd, 2025, but it never arrived! It has been impossible to make genuine contact with the company, and their responses via phone or email have been very limited. Unfortunately, they seem uninterested in providing good customer service. I will continue my efforts for a full refund, and if necessary, I will involve my credit card company. This situation should not be this complicated; it’s a simple issue that deserves a straightforward solution.
