On Christmas Eve, my cheese order placed at the beginning of December has yet to arrive. I emailed but received no response and called only to be told they would look into it. There was no follow-up. If you're counting on your delivery, based on my experience, hope is about as far as it goes. A missing delivery is one thing, but poor customer service is a major red flag for retailers. From my experience, this raised a significant concern. I hope the refund process goes more smoothly.
