I ordered cheeses for Christmas to be delivered on December 23rd. The order did not arrive as scheduled. I contacted the company on the evening of the 23rd and repeatedly emailed and called on the 24th, but no one responded until the afternoon with an unsatisfactory answer—they did not know where my order was. With 24 guests expected for Christmas lunch, I'm now without cheese. I understand that issues can arise with deliveries, but the lack of response from the company made the situation worse.
