Good customer service. I was sent the wrong pack of cheese. This was disappointing as I had selected the pack carefully and I didn’t like some of the cheeses sent in error. However, once Pong realised that they had made. an error, they pulled out all the stops to see I got the correct cheese for my special event. I can’t comment on the cheese as I’ve not tasted it yet. Thank you Pong for your helpful and speedy response.
