Absolutely horrendous customer service. I don’t know what has happened to this company. I have used them for years and in the past when I’ve had order issues they have come back quickly and resolved the problem. I ordered three 10kg bags of food and only received one bag, they only send 20kg max in a box so I should have received 2 packages. I emailed last Wednesday about this and still no response, I had to buy food elsewhere and my subscription order has gone through today for 2 bags so I hope I receive that but I’m still missing dog food. I have alot of dogs plus fosters and I don’t have time for this, it costs me a fortune as it is. I think in future I need to only order 2 bags at a time and pay on credit card so I can raise a dispute if I don’t get it.
