I purchased one of Pool Pure's robot skimmers and despite a recent power issue the product was working great. I contacted customer service at PP and Anna worked with me to resolve the issue. She provides excellent customer service and is quick to reply to messages. All in all I'm not judging PP harshly for the robot's problem as Anna and the PP team were great to work with.
