There was a time when this company provided decent service, but that seems to have changed, especially in the eastern suburbs. A technician provided completely wrong information, causing significant stress and confusion. A pump that needed repair went ignored for nearly two weeks. After ordering the part, I was told it was in transit, but it took another week of inquiries to learn it was being tested. Installation was scheduled for today, and I stayed home for it, but no one showed up. When I called, I was informed that there was a staffing issue, but no one bothered to notify me. I was told someone might still arrive, but they did not. I was told by a representative that it could be another week. Meanwhile, my pool looks terrible, and there’s a lack of accountability. Equipment I bought there tends to fail early in its warranty period. They seem indifferent to their customers and are poorly organized. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
