The chemical analysis and recommendations I received were completely inaccurate. After applying the purchased chemicals, my pool deteriorated further. When I returned two days later, I was advised to add five more chemicals, including those I had just added. I pointed out that my test strips were in range, suggesting their equipment might be faulty. My Chlorine level read 9.9, while their reading was 0.1. After testing with another company, all values were good. I have documented both reports for further action. The initial chemicals cost me $130, and I dread to think of the cost for the additional five. The other pool shop confirmed that the levels were fine apart from slightly elevated chlorine.
The owner has been harassing vegan businesses online without reason. Each comment he makes is more offensive than the last. Despite my requests for him to stop, he continues this behavior and targets other pages as well. I wouldn't trust such a person with my pool, and he should not be in charge of a business.

I was told someone might still arrive, but they did not. I was told by a representative that it could be another week. Meanwhile, my pool looks terrible, and there’s a lack of accountability. Equipment I bought there tends to fail early in its warranty period. They seem indifferent to their customers and are poorly organized. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Despite multiple reports stating that all equipment was functional, I have a damaged dispenser, a broken light, and a malfunctioning skimmer, costing me extra in water. I used numerous chemicals to try to remove stains, but I couldn’t get them all off. My pool is a mess and unsafe to swim in during the heatwave. They promised to fix it but never showed up. I had to hire another company to repair the damage, and they refuse to cover the costs. I would never use this service again for maintenance.

Our pool is unusable because the heat pump has not been connected. Do not use this service. A family member faced a similar situation with another branch, where he was told to wait a month after paying a deposit for pool equipment. At least he got his deposit back; we have not received any response regarding ours. Legal action is now necessary. As of December 24, we still have not heard from them. They claimed to be working with the local team to resolve the issue, but the communication has been non-existent. The service has been unprofessional, with overselling and poor follow-up on equipment installation. We were quoted for a pool cover that turned out to be an inferior product. We want our money back and have filed a claim with the small claims tribunal. This company is inconsistent across franchises, and I cannot recommend them.
