Despite my clear instruction, an earphone was added to my bill without my consent.When I contacted your customer care helpline to resolve this issue, I did not receive proper support. Instead of helping, I was told that the product was “convinced and added.” This is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to purchase the earphone.Additionally, the behaviour of the store staff was very rude and unprofessional.
