I had a very disappointing experience with (Pondicherry branch).
I purchased a Samsung 12kg washing machine and an LG 8L water purifier on 15/04/2026. Before buying, I clearly asked about a specific option in the washing machine, and the salesperson confirmed it was available. However, after installation, I found that the feature is NOT available. This is completely misleading.
For the LG water purifier, I specifically requested a red color, and they agreed. But they delivered a black unit instead without any proper communication.
Because of these issues, I feel the sales team is not reliable and does not provide accurate information to customers. This kind of service breaks trust.
I strongly suggest others double-check everything in writing before purchasing from this store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your store and customer care team.At the time of purchase, I clearly informed your store staff that I do not require any earphones or additional accessories. Despite my clear instruction, an earphone was added to my bill without my consent.When I contacted your customer care helpline to resolve this issue, I did not receive proper support. Instead of helping, I was told that the product was “convinced and added.” This is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to purchase the earphone.Additionally, the behaviour of the store staff was very rude and unprofessional. They don't even deserve 1 Star. At the time of purchase they promise you regarding guarantee and warranty. But once it is sold they don't even care about the customers. When asked about service related questions they don't even answer.. They assure you regarding at the time of sales but they ignore you later.. Very Bad experience in Poorvika
Poorvika mobiles Malleswaram Bangalore branch. One of the pathetic stores in Bangalore, rude behavior by the staff. Took the money, but not handed over the mobile. Visited the store on 6th June, swiped my CC, got a message on the money being debited, despite showing this message store team claimed as the money not remitted. Again the store team swiped my CC for Rs 1, got this amount debited again. Store team refused to refund this money again. Finally spoke rudely on face and said to leave the store saying they had not received the money.
