I had a very disappointing experience with (Pondicherry branch).
I purchased a Samsung 12kg washing machine and an LG 8L water purifier on 15/04/2026. Before buying, I clearly asked about a specific option in the washing machine, and the salesperson confirmed it was available. However, after installation, I found that the feature is NOT available. This is completely misleading.
For the LG water purifier, I specifically requested a red color, and they agreed. But they delivered a black unit instead without any proper communication.
Because of these issues, I feel the sales team is not reliable and does not provide accurate information to customers. This kind of service breaks trust.
I strongly suggest others double-check everything in writing before purchasing from this store.
Very disappointed with the overall experience.
