Ordered on 21st Feb mistakenly thinking the brushes were similar to Tangle Tease (they aren’t!). Didn’t arrive till 3rd March & immediately saw the brushes were cheap plastic things / the sort of brush you’d pay a couple of pound on a market stall not a high quality detangle brush.
Sent them back straight away exactly as instructed (which cost quite a bit as the return address is in France so you have international postage & customs to contend with).
Since I returned the brushes on the 10th March, I have been absolutely ghosted by the company. I have sent multiple emails but have heard nothing from them since 23rd March (I write this on 15th April).
I am due a full refund (although due to the high cost of postage back to France I will be out of pocket even if I get the refund).
I would not use this company. The brushes are of poor quality, the cost of returning them to France is high & the company doesn’t reply to emails when you ask when the refund will be paid.
