Very disappointed with the service

I ordered on September 17, and as of the 27th, I have received nothing. I was told it would take 5-7 working days. I received two emails claiming my order is on the way with a non-functional tracking link. I have emailed the company twice for updates but have not received any reply. I expect better service, and if you choose to respond, please provide a delivery date.

Unfortunate experience with broken items

I really liked my hair brushes, but they broke, so I ordered two new ones. Unfortunately, the package did not meet my needs as both brushes had twisted bristles. I contacted customer service twice for a return but have yet to hear back. I have also submitted my case to a payment resolution service.
