I ordered on September 17, and as of the 27th, I have received nothing. I was told it would take 5-7 working days. I received two emails claiming my order is on the way with a non-functional tracking link. I have emailed the company twice for updates but have not received any reply. I expect better service, and if you choose to respond, please provide a delivery date.
